La música es el arte y el lenguaje donde se razona de manera lógica, aparte que es uno de los potenciadores con más influencia para la sensibilización del ser humano. Sin música la vida no tendría sentido, con música todo es más dinámico aún más en nosotros los maestros es de gran importancia su aplicabilidad para el arte de enseñar y a la ves aprender. Este trabajo de investigación tiene como única finalidad potenciar y desarrollar la música en los estudiantes del grado 10 de la Institución Educativa San Juan Bautista del municipio de Betulia basado en competencias para así llevarlos a la practica en el plantel educativo y en la cotidianidad logrando así el despertar de nuevos talentos, consiguiendo la disposición y motivación de los alumnos para el aprendizaje de la misma basada en instrumentos de cuerda. También la propuesta fundamenta su centro de interés de manera más profunda en formar y forjar nuevos artífices y representantes del lenguaje musical en la región, colocando un granito de arena y una semilla desde la escuela incentivando al cuerpo docente y directivos del plantel a tener más en cuenta el trabajo sobre las bellas artes y a la ves creando conciencia de que conocer sobre música no es imposible ni al aprenderla ni ejecutarla y así mismo despierten y conozcan sus habilidades y talentos que serán de gran utilidad para un futuro para los que deseen devengar ingresos gracias a sus actitudes artísticas y conocimiento musical. Music is art and language where it is reasoned in a logical manner, apart from being one of the most influential enhancers for the human being's awareness. Without music life would have no meaning, with music everything is more dynamic even more in us teachers is of great importance its applicability to the art of teaching and you see it learn. This research work has the sole purpose of promoting and developing music in the students of the 10th grade of the San Juan Bautista educational institution of the municipality of Betulia based on competencies in order to take them to practice in the educational establishment and in the daily life thus achieving the awakening of new talents, achieving the willingness and motivation of students to learn the same based on stringed instruments. The proposal also bases its interest in a more profound way in forming and forging new artists and representatives of the musical language in the region, placing a grain of sand and a seed from the school encouraging the faculty and directors of the campus to have more in tells about the work on the fine arts and at the same time creating awareness that knowing about music is not impossible neither to learn it nor execute it and also awaken and know their skills and talents that will be very useful for a future for those who wish to earn income thanks to their artistic attitudes and musical knowledge
