La mayoría de nosotros tenemos una formación no matemática, lo que hace que sea muy difícil comprender ecuaciones estadísticas complejas. ¿Por qué es tan complejo convertirse en un experto en estadística? La verdad, como como podría esperarse, puede ser bastante complicada. La única herramienta que tenemos es la computadora, que nos permite sortear claramente la considerable falencia a la hora de entender bien las matemáticas. Programas informáticos como IBM SPSS Estadística, SAS, R, JASP y similares brindan la oportunidad de enseñar estadística en un nivel conceptual sin complicarse demasiado resolviendo ecuaciones. El único inconveniente del computadora es que hace que sea muy fácil volverse un completo idiota si no entiendes lo que estás haciendo. Usar una computadora sin algún conocimiento estadístico puede ser algo peligroso. De ahí este libro.
